We can evaluate your current structure & advise on whether planning permission is required from your local council.  Planning consent is not usually required as the work is viewed as a "Grand Repair", but it does depend on how close to boundaries and the height and overall volume the new roof space will be.  Other conditions also apply so it's worth getting us involved to carry out a site visit first. We can carry out this service for a small fixed fee and this fee is credited back to you if you use us to carry out the design and build of the new structure.
